Đường hẹp, hơi dốc, xe 2 cầu mới nên đi vào Phòng sạch sẽ, cũng chill, giá rẻ. Mình đến vào mùa rét đậm rét hại nên ko thấy gì, vào mùa nắng chắc đẹp lắm. Menu ăn tối thì hơi đắt, ngang nhà hàng 4* ở saigon, để mình ăn thử xong review

Beautiful place with an incredible view of the rice fields. We were able to do our laundry here, which was really convenient. The staff are also very welcoming and provide great service. We booked the hiking tour and went on a hike-trek with Lai. It was amazing to experience this together with a local. Lai told us so much and explained a lot along the way. Such a kind and helpfull person, and we really enjoyed the beautiful hike.

Après deux mois de voyage en Asie, cet hôtel fait partie des plus beaux endroits où j’ai séjourné. Tout est réuni pour vivre une expérience exceptionnelle. L’accueil de Zei est remarquable, elle est adorable souriante pétillante c’est un vrai bonheur de la voir tous les jours. Toujours souriante, pro active, attentionnée et disponible, elle fait tout son possible pour que chaque séjour se déroule parfaitement. Je ne l’oublierais jamais. Toute l’équipe est d’une grande gentillesse. La cuisine mérite une mention spéciale. Les plats sont préparés avec des produits frais par un véritable chef. Tout est savoureux. J’y ai mangé les meilleurs spring rolls de mon voyage. La piscine est magnifique. Alimentée par une source naturelle venant des montagnes, elle est propre et fraîche c’est agréable. Les chambres sont superbes, décorées avec goût et impeccablement entretenues. Le lit est immense et le matelas figure parmi les meilleurs que j’ai testés durant mon voyage. Le confort est irréprochable je n’avais jamais dormi sur un matelas aussi épais et confortable. L’emplacement est à la fois l’un des grands atouts et un point à connaître avant de réserver. Quand je lis les commentaires des personnes qui se plaignent je ne comprends pas. L’hôtel est en effet éloigné du centre de Sapa, mais il est au cœur des rizières et d’un village Hmong emblématique. C’est l’endroit idéal pour les amoureux de nature, de randonnée et d’authenticité. Ici, on vit une véritable immersion dans l’un des plus beaux paysages du Vietnam. L’accès demande un peu d’attention certes. La route est étroite, pentue et parfois caillouteuse. J’ai été inquiet lors de mon arrivée, mais j’ai finalement loué un scooter (200kVND) et, en roulant prudemment et en rentrant avant la nuit, cela se fait sans difficulté majeure. L’hôtel propose également un transfert en taxi avec chauffeur local pour environ 300 000 VND, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements. Autre point appréciable, quelques cafés et restaurants se trouvent à 10 ou 15 minutes à pied pour une balade agréable en fin de journée donc on est pas non plus au milieu de nul part, il y a de la vie autour. Entre les rizières, les montagnes, la présence des familles Hmong voisines, la qualité des installations et l’extraordinaire accueil de l’équipe, ce séjour restera l’un de mes plus beaux souvenirs au Vietnam. Je recommande cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation. Un lieu rare, authentique et inoubliable.

The place is located in a very nice scenery and the rooms are nice and cozy. The infinity pool is quite a highlight and pur kids really loved that and walking through the hilly garden. Food is okay, drinks are okay-ish. Its quite hard to get there if it rains, cause the roads leading to it are quite adventurous ;) tell your drivers about it.

We had the most wonderful stay in Supan Ecolodge, the bed was the comfiest we’ve had in our 6 months of travelling. The pool is lovely and refreshing and the views are breathtaking. We did a trekking tour with Lai. She was so kind and gave us so much information about the villages in Sapa. She showed us around her home. An unforgettable experience here in Sapa, thank you to Zei and Lai 💚

So peaceful with amazing views. The lady at reception is super friendly and helpful. Great service. It is a bit out of town but with a scooter it's no worries and you get to enjoy the country side outside of busy sapa. Highly recommend!
